The Veteran Administration Outpatient Clinic is a state of the art medical facility completed in 1997, consisting of 57,600 square feet on a 6-acre site and located at 190 Kimel Drive, Winston-Salem, North Carolina.  The facility is a regional multi-specialty outpatient clinic, including the following services: Primary Care, Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy and Outpatient Surgery.  The Clinic is close to two North Carolina medical centers, Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center and Forsyth Medical Center.

Department of Veteran Affairs: This VA outpatient clinic in Fort Worth, Texas, which opened its doors in October 2010, is a state of the art medical facility and the largest VA outpatient clinic in the US.  The two-story building provides 237,000 square feet of comprehensive medical services to Veterans.  The building sits on 25 acres that allows parking for approximately 1300 cars.

Atlantic City Boardwalk: Located next to Resorts International Hotel and two blocks from Trump Taj Majal, and the brand new ( under construction) Revel Hotel Casino, this office building houses the headquarters of the New Jersey Casino Control Commission and Division of Gaming Enforcement.  The building contains approximately 74,000 square feet on two levels over subterranean parking.

As per the city of Atlantic City zoning map, the property lies within a Resort/Commercial zone RS-C.  The architecture office of Alexander Compagno & Associates has been engaged to provide feasibility options for future redevelopment of the property. Current zoning allows for a 33 story residential tower including two commercial floors.

Fountain Place Shopping Center: Located in Logan, West Virginia, the center is a regional shopping center of approximately 230,000 square feet, serving all surrounding towns and communities.  This is the only center of its kind in this mountainous area.  Fountain Place Shopping Center is anchored by Lowes and is shadow anchored by an adjoining 210,000 square feet corporate-owned Wal-Mart Superstore.   Other tenants in the center include regional and national, chains, local shops and government offices. Within the center there is a Holiday Inn Express and movie theaters that are independently owned.
